“I’m sitting here thinking of the words to write about our sweet Sophie! The Gough Family is one of the sweetest families I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around. My heart breaks for Chad, Cindy, and Ellie. My friends are dealing with grief that no one should experience. PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM!!!
Life is so precious. 17 years old is way too young to leave this world. Sophie and Jorie have been friends since 3rd grade. They’ve cheered together until 9th grade. Cindy, Monica, Cheris, Brandy, and Keisha did not let the fact that our girls no longer cheer together, stop us from being a core group of friends that supported each other. I love these ladies so much. When one hurts, we all hurt. Right now, my friend is hurting beyond belief, and I do know what to say or do. I just want to take the pain away.
Y’all, hug your kids are little tighter. Kiss them a little longer. Make memories a little brighter and love them a little more. RIP @sophiengough. I hope you get to eat all the crab legs that I can no longer buy you!”
