Stourbridge UK Stabbing: Following a man’s stabbing that occurred in the Horsefair, FOUR guys have been taken into custody. The stabbing that occurred on Dudley Street in Kidderminster last night (Saturday, October 19), has led the West Mercia Police to issue a call for witnesses.
At approximately 6:10 p.m., officers came at the Pizza Lounge takeaway after receiving a report of an attack there. When they arrived, they discovered that one man had been stabbed outside. It would appear that the windows of the takeaway have been broken. A trip to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham was made for the individual, who was 28 years old.
After that, officers placed four individuals, ages 18, 34, 35, and 37, under custody on charges of intentionally hurting another person.
The Chief Inspector of Detectives, Emma Whitworth, made the following statement: “I would first like to reassure the local community that we believe this to be an isolated incident and that there is no wider threat.” I understand that a headline like this might be quite unsettling, but I want you to know that a comprehensive investigation is currently being conducted. Rest assured.
They have made a sincere request that anyone who may have witnessed the event or who may have any information that could assist them in their investigation to please come forward. Acts of violence of this nature are not acceptable in their communities.
